Water Tap Permits
Individuals wishing to connect to a Platte Canyon owned water main must first obtain a water tap from the District and a water supply license from Denver Water. Requests for a Platte Canyon water tap permit may be made by e-mailing the Application to Request Water and Sewer Tap Permit two business days prior to purchasing the permit. Water tap permit fees are due when the permit is purchased.

Sewer Tap Permits
Individuals wishing to connect to a Platte Canyon owned sewer main must first obtain a sewer tap permit from the District and the City of Littleton. Requests for a Platte Canyon sewer tap permit may be made by e-mailing the Application to Request Water and Sewer Tap Permit two business days prior to purchasing the permit. Sewer tap permit fees are due when the permit is purchased. A separate sewer tap permit is required for each single family residence, each unit in a multi-family building, and each unit in a commercial and/or industrial application. Sewer tap fees are due when the sewer tap permit is purchased.

Water Stub-in Permits
A permit may be issued by the District for a stub-in in order to allow the installation of a water service pipe prior to the paving of a street. A stub-in shall include a tap, a valve at the property line and all fittings and pipe necessary to extend the service pipe to the valve from the tap on the water main. Use of water from a stub-in is prohibited and any taking of water from a stub-in shall cause the stub-in permit to be revoked.
Requests for a Platte Canyon water stub-in permit may be made by e-mailing the application to request water and sewer tap permit one business day prior to purchasing the permit at the District office, 8739 W. Coal Mine Ave.
