Sewer Service Contractors

Only licensed contractors will be allowed to work on or adjacent to a District sewer main.

All licensed contractors are required to complete this form and turn into the District with all other required documents to be licensed with Platte Canyon.

Contractors are required to schedule an inspection prior to backfilling the excavation or completion of pipe lining.
