New Website and Domain Starting July 1st

The district is partnering with Streamline to launch a new, modern website designed to provide a more accessible, reliable, and secure online experience for our customers. As part of this upgrade, the district will transition to an official .gov web address, offering enhanced security, credibility, and authenticity.

Since HB21-1110 – Colorado Laws for Persons with Disabilities – went into effect in July 2024, the district has remained committed to improving website accessibility. The new website, built on Streamline’s accessibility-focused platform, will ensure full compliance with HB21-1110 while making it easier for all users to access important district information and services.

In addition to improved accessibility, the new website will feature enhanced navigation, a mobile-friendly design, and streamlined access to documents, forms, meeting information, and district resources. This investment supports the district’s ongoing commitment to transparency, accountability, and exceptional customer service.

A .gov domain is reserved exclusively for verified U.S. government organizations and is managed through a federal approval process overseen by the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Because only authorized government entities can obtain a .gov address, customers can have greater confidence that they are visiting an official and trustworthy website.

Starting on July 1st, the new district website address will be www.plattecanyonwsd.gov.
