The district is pleased to welcome Christine Anderson Gray to the Board of Directors. Christine brings more than 20 years of local government experience and extensive expertise in water and wastewater utility management, financial planning, strategic leadership, and public service.
Throughout Christine’s career, she has worked closely with elected officials, community stakeholders, and utility professionals to develop sustainable solutions that support reliable public services and long-term infrastructure investments.
Christine currently serves as the Business Manager for the Infrastructure Department at the City of Arvada, where she oversees strategic financial planning for enterprise utilities, including water, wastewater, stormwater, solid waste, and recycling operations.
Christine holds a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Environmental Policy, Management, and Law from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from the University of Wisconsin.
A long-time member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA), Christine has been actively involved in the water industry for more than two decades and currently serves as Chair of AWWA’s Finance, Accounting, and Management Control Committee. She has also co-authored articles published in the Journal AWWA on water conservation, utility rates, and financial management practices.
Christine’s professional background, commitment to public service, and deep understanding of water and wastewater utilities make her a valuable addition to the board. We look forward to the knowledge, leadership, and perspective she will bring as the district continues its mission of providing safe, reliable, and sustainable water and wastewater services to our community.
