David Williams

The District is pleased to announce the recent hiring of David Williams. David was hired in February as a water distribution and wastewater collection system operator. Prior to working for the District, he worked for the City and County of Denver and Denver Water, where he performed much of the same work he is doing at the District.

Working for the District in just a short time, he has already gained considerable knowledge and advanced his computer skills. He describes the District as “a great place to work” and hopes to advance his career here. He appreciates being able to balance his work schedule with his family life.

David’s duties include responding to customer service calls, problem solving, and operating, repairing, and performing maintenance on the District’s drinking water and sanitary sewer lines. He is currently working to obtain his water and wastewater operator certifications.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with family and his children, taking vacations and sports. The District is pleased to have someone with his experience, skills, and ambition. Welcome David!

Ben Dorak

The District is pleased to announce the recent hiring of Ben Dorak. Ben was hired in March as a water distribution and wastewater collection system operator. He comes to the District with previous utility experience, having worked for the Auraria Higher Education Campus, Wagner Equipment, and the City of Commerce City.

Ben’s duties include responding to customer service calls, problem solving, and operating, repairing, and performing maintenance on the District’s drinking water and sanitary sewer lines. He is currently working to obtain his water and wastewater operator certifications.

When asked what he likes best about working for the District, Ben replied “the hands-on training, my coworkers, and the work-life balance.” Ben has gained a lot of knowledge regarding maintenance and operations of the District’s water and sewer lines. He hopes to excel within the organization and would like to develop his career working for the District.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his children and family and outdoor activities. The District is pleased to have someone with his experience, skills, and aspiration. Welcome Ben!
