Join our team as a Communications & Administrative Coordinator. This role serves as the coordinator of communications with District customers and other important stakeholders such as the Board of Directors. In this position you will implement communications strategies for several water/wastewater special districts, design/review customer outreach materials and oversee/execute the District social media presence. You will also be responsible for managing and updated district websites including developing regular news articles and construction project updates.
Additionally, this position staffs the District’s reception desk, interfacing with customers both in-person and over the phone. In coordination with the District’s Operations Supervisor, you will work with the District’s field staff to ensure customer calls are promptly addressed. Other general administrative duties are required as directed by the Assistant Manager.
